Returns and Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. This document sets out the guiding principles for return of and refund against products purchased on the Covered Sites:

  1. Returns and Refund
    1. Please note that most products purchased from the Covered Website are not returnable by their very nature, and would not entitle you to any refund on the same. Unless it is specified that a product is returnable, it is deemed that the product is ‘non-returnable’ on the Covered Website.
    2. In case the product purchased by you is returnable, you have 24 hours from the receipt of the product to return it. To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in new and unopened condition with all the original packing, tags, inbox literature, warranty/ guarantee card, freebies and accessories including keys, straps and locks intact along with written reasons for returning the product. We strongly urge and encourage you to review the listing before making the decision to purchase a product.
    3. Once we receive the product returned by you, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned product. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Our decision regarding whether a product sought to be returned satisfies the conditions mentioned above shall be final and binding on you.
    4. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Please note that the shipping costs (whether incurred by us or you) will not be refunded.
  2. Repair and Replacement
    1. In the event you have received a product purchased from the Covered sites that is either (a) faulty or defective, (b) damaged or (c) not as per specifications mentioned on the Covered Website, you can seek a replacement of such product.
    2. In such case, you will need to return the purchased product within 7 (seven) calendar days of being delivered to you, and require us to inform of its dispatch by email immediately along with the reason for seeking replacement. A failure to do so might affect your chances to get a replacement from us. Damaged/ defective items must be returned in the original condition they were received in with all the accompanying accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging.
    3. Once we received the product from you, we will inspect the product and the grounds for seeking replacement mentioned in your email. If we are satisfied that you have a legitimate claim to be entitled to a replacement, we will dispatch a replacement within 7 (seven) calendar days of confirming your claim, subject to stock availability of the product (in which case the timelines will be accordingly adjusted). However, in certain cases, we may determine that a repair is more appropriate than replacing the product. In the event we determine that the defect or damage is of such nature that the product can be easily repaired or fixed, we shall undertake such repair and dispatch the repaired product to you at the earliest.
    4. In the unlikely event, we are not able to provide you a replacement for the product or satisfactorily repair the product, we will offer you the option of purchasing another product (and you will only be required to pay the difference of the new product price and the produced being replaced) or offer you a refund of the sale price of the product being replaced.
    5. If Forzza has any reason to believe that you are involved in any activity that is intended to provide claims or information that is false, misleading or not genuine, then Forzza may while reserving its rights to initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings against you , shall also have the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, block, restrict, cancel the account of such buyer and /or disqualify that User and any related Users from availing the benefits of this policy.
  3. Shipping

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

    Notwithstanding anything contrary contained herein, Forzza can always accept the return or replacement request of any customers, however any such acceptance will not be binding on us in relation to similar placed products or Users.
